It's Fall Y'all

Ah my favorite time of year has finally come. Today is the first day of fall and I am ready for the temperature to start dropping.
Fall is my favorite because when I want to be outside the most. The crisp air makes the smile and the activities keep me energetic.
Because we go to school in the middle of a corn field, you would think that there isn’t much going one, but a cornfield is where you
want to be. There are so many fun fall activities out and about. So to fuel your fall fire, I would like to share a few festivities that will
be happening in the surrounding areas!

Bluffton’s Farmers’ Market goes on every Saturday from 8:30am to 12pm. Here you can get your local vegetables, fresh flowers,
pumpkins, and much more! All of the vendors are local and work hard for their products! October is the last month for the farmers’
market before May so make sure to plan a trip! It is held in the parking lot of Citizen’s National Bank on Main Street.

Lake Cody’s Fall Festival will be going on this Friday, September 27th! It will include a craft show and flea market from 8am-2pm.
There will also be a pumpkin carving competition, trick or treat, and hayrides from 5:30-9:30pm! This will be an amazing opportunity
to bond with your roommates or have a date night with that special someone!

Minster Oktoberfest is a go-to event for northwest Ohio! It will be going on October 4th through the 6th. This is a great event for
everyone 21 years and older. All three nights there will be live music. This year the bands will include Karma’s Pawn, Zinzinnati
Bier Band, and The Klaberheads. Arts and craft and food stands will also be open every day of the festival! And of course, the
beer events. This includes beer tray relays, jug hoist and beer stands everywhere. This is an amazing event to go to with your
family, friends and loved ones! Remember to drink responsively!

Have a good fall y’all!

  1. Fall is my favorite time of the year as well. Everything about it is so awesome. The weather, the activities like pumpkin carving and my all time favorite, football. I found a love little hometown festivals when I was a festival queen in high school and had to travel to 15, so I love that you shared some of the festivals around little Ada. I can't wait to check them out!
